At Google Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup through the carrier's website for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
